after a drinking binge I have been severely bloated with intense liver and kidney pain, nausea, and constipation for 3 weeks. I do not have money for a doctor visit. What can I do until I can get to a doctor.

 Hi,
Your problem could be due to any one of a wide range of problems, from an innocuous acute gastritis to serious, even life-threatening conditions such as, severe forms of acute pancreatitis. You must visit a doctor immediately and get assessed.
