I have had rectal bleeding twice now, today and one other time a couple of weeks ago. Both times there was no pain associated but there was alot of bright red blood in the toliet. I do not remember what I was doing the first time, but this time I ran a mile and a half before I had my bowel movement and I was extremely tired as well as possibly dehydrated, but I don't know if that would even be related. My question is what could possibly cause it. The bleeding was excessive enough to make the toliet bowl water completely red yet it was not thick) Any ideas?

That isn't normal at all, and could be serious. You should see a doctor as soon as possible.
