After a bowel movement is start bleeding. I haven't had anal sex in months and this just started about a month ago. I am not regular, so is it possible that I have a problem with needing a stool softner or should I change my eating habits and switch to a healthier diet...I'm a fast food addict.

You need to get a check up because you may have a condition that needs mecidical attention such as piles or a developing anal fissure.
