Hi!
I would think in terms of helminthic infestation (intestinal worms), hemorrhoids (piles), or amebic enteritis.
Laxatives or fiber-rich food like cucumber, orange, grapes, oats, etc., will be encouraged. Natural fibers are now available in the form of powders. It would be important to keep the stool soft. Your doctor might discuss with you regarding the use of antihelminthic medications or amebicidal medicines, as well as examine your rectum to assess the disease there.
I strongly urge you to consult your doctor and discuss regarding your difficulties. There is no substitute for direct clinical examination.
Warm regards,
-Bill

Hi!
Could you consult your doctor? What is your doctor's opinion regarding your problems? Your test results are not particularly alarming. I think you should be able to access all your previous posts by clicking on your profile.
