Can you get hemmorroids outside and a little bit away from the anal cavity or no?

I haven't gotten any answers yet, but it seems to be getting smaller and not as bothersome. I really would like anyone to reply if they know anything about hemmorroids, please. I have been bothered by hemmorroids for a long time, but I want to make sure I don't have to worry about any diseases. Please help????
