I visited my A & E on Firday as I was experiencing severe discomfort in my upper chest and left arm and severe nauseas feeling albeit I was not actually sick. I had some pain in the stomach but not a lot. They conducted 2 x ECG and blood tests which came back normal. Prior to the pain I had some diorheea and then unable to go to the toilet. However now that I am I have noticed it is dark brown even black although it is not of a liquid consistency.
Please can you advise and help as I am really worried.

I have read that this can be a cause of internal bleeding. I had routine blood tests at the hospital please can you confirm if I had any form of internal bleeding whether a blood test would reveal this.
Many thanks for your help
