35 yr old healthy female. married 3 children 1 c-sect and tubligation. no medications. past 3 months i have experienced severe itching at least 7-8 days before my period. no discharge or foul smell. i have tried monistat but does not work. itching usually subside after period.

Hello,
This could be due to vaginal yeast infection (cadida), a condition that may or may not be associated with a white crude like discharge.
Vaginal yeast infections usually occur when the body immune system is lowered and symptoms worsen prior to the menstrual cycle as the vaginal PH is in favor of their growth.
Local examination can confirm the diagnosis in addition to tests requested by the gynecologists if needed.
I advise you to seek gynecological consultation for proper management.
