Question: My period is acting very strangely.

Hello. I am a 18 year old woman. My husband and I have recently started trying to concieve a child. My period is a regular 28 day cycle and is on time always. It is also always the same flow very light the first day, heavy the following two days, then light the last two days. Well, this month my period showed up one week early. It was so light the first three days that I needed to wear nothing, now it is so heavy. Heavier than I have ever experienced and the clots are a lot larger than I have experienced in the past. I have never been pregnant before, but this month (the first month we started to try for a baby), we did have intercourse on the days I would be ovulating. I need some help. Please tell me what you think is going on.
I am not on medication, no family history of illness besides my sister whom had some issues and couldnt conceive.

I am 28. And the first two light days, I had a very dark brown discharge.
