Question: Frequent urination and abdominal pain, could I be pregnant?

I had unprotected sex with my bf almost 2 weeks ago and now I have been having frequent urination for about 4 days. I just had a baby a little over 3 months ago and I knew I was pregnant with her 3 days after having sex because of using the bathroom a lot, but then I was sick to my stomach too.
I have also been having a pain where my right ovary is, but it seems to be just in the morning and seems to go away by lunch time if not sooner.
I have 2 children already, so I kind of know what my body goes through when I am pregnant, but all my pregnancies have started differently.
I just need a medical opinion.
Also, I have been taking medrol for about 2 days for guttate Psoriasis and if I am pregnant, will it hurt the baby in any way? I tried searching the internet but nothing said it would actually hurt the baby, just to talk to my doctor about it.
Thank you so much for your time!

Let's start with discussing a commonly held assumption about pregnancy (not that you necessarily have this assumption). Often, women believe that they cannot become pregnant without having a period. The truth is that this may or may not be true-depending on the cause of the absent menses. Pregnancy generally will result in a cessation of ovulation for a time period after birth but that time period is quite variable. It is possible to have an egg released and become fertilized on the first occurrence, thus leading to pregnancy without a period.
To more specifically answer your question there are a few possibilities for your symptoms. One possibility is that you have a urinary tract infection. Your obstetrician can test for this.
If you are concerned about pregnancy it is probably still a little early to use a home Pregnancy test. Generally these become positive about 5 weeks after the start of your last period or about 3 weeks after ovulation (generally about 2 weeks after the last period). So, if it has only been 2 weeks and we assume that fertilization occurred you may need another week or so to have the home urine pregnancy tests be more accurate.
Frequent urination can also be a result of your body returning to its prepregnancy state. During pregnancy, blood volumes as well as many other things increase. The excess water will be slowly excreted back to the prepregnancy state via urination.
I would suggest you discuss your symptoms with your obstetrician or primary care doctor and have a physical exam if your symptoms persist for more than a day or two.
Regarding the Medrol, the data about use in pregnancy is mixed. Most studies say it is probably safe. There are a few studies that show it increases risks of some birth defects. In general, we recommend that women who are pregnant do not take any medication unless they have to. If this is not an option, careful decision making with your obstetrician will help avoid any unwanted effects. So to summarize all this... I recommend you talk with your obstetrician about using the Medrol if you are pregnant.
Hope this helps.
