Hi I have recentley noticed I have a very painful lump on the lip of my vagina. I did squeeze it and a fair bit of puss came out but the lump is still very much there and very painful. To touch is very sensitive and it feels rather hard what can i do?????

You may have a blocked duct or pore. Occasinally these can become infected and cause pain.
I would recommend you have it evaluated if it continues to be painful or does not get better in the next day or so.
