i'm 29 and 24 weeks pregnant with my 6th baby, i was diagnosed with placenta previa last week the consultant told me it was unlikely to move. Whats worring me now is a constant abdominal pain, i have no bleeding at all just this pain what could it be?

Abdominal pain in pregnancy may be simply due to the growing baby or may be a signal of more concerning issues.
I would strongly advise you to see your obstetrician for an evaluation to make sure everything is OK.
