I'm 24 year old female and I've been having abdomen pains for about 3 days now, my period already ended. I feel a lot of pressure and major cramping, I have felt sick to my stomach, usually after I eat. I've felt dizzy a few times and the pain is sometimes unbarable, at times it hurts to sit or walk and even sleep. What can it be, could I be pregnant?

 Hi Shy_girl1305,
I'm concerned by your symptoms. Since you mention pregnancy is possible I must recommend you see a doctor about this pain as soon as possible because you may have an ectopic pregnancy that can be life threatening.
There are many other possible causes of your pain but this possibility needs to be addressed quickly.
