I Take Yaz Birth control. I am in my third month, 11 days into the pack (13 days from my next period). I had sex without protection yesterday (3/11/08). Should I take PlanB as soon as possible to prevent becoming pregnant?

As long as you are taking the pill as directed and have not missed any pills, I see no reason why you would need to take an emergency contraceptive. Oral contraceptives are very effective when taken as directed.
