Is it possible for a condom to be stick inside of the female vagina for two and a half weeks without developing an alarming smell or discoloration???

 It could happen but it seems you would notice something. If you are sure it was lost there and you can't grasp it, you could try sitting on a toilet, pushing as you would for a bowel movement and do a sweep inside your vagina with a finger. If this doesn't work you may need to see a health care provider to have it removed. There really is not anyplace for it to go since your cervix stops anything from going up further inside your body.
