I drink a vitmain supplement drink almost everyday which is high in vitmain C. I heard somewhere that it is not safe to take a lot of vitamin c with a birth control pill. Is this true?

There should be no problem with vitamin C interfering with your birth control pill. High doses of vitamin C (1000 mg) may increase the estrogen absoprtion but this does not have an adverse effect on the pill to prevent pregnancy.
Best wishes.
