I am not an expert, but I am living proof that it is possible to get pregnant with one ovary..... I have two awesome boys! Although it may not happen right away, don't give up. GOOD LUCK!

User avatar Hello Parvathy,

It is absolutely possible to become pregnant with one ovary. There are many, many children that have shown this to be true.

Best wishes.
