I have been having irritation,and blisters for two days now. Today I started to bleed lightly while urinating. I have had to pee frequently. I have been having sex for the last two weeks. It might be because we are going at it to hard, or it may be something serious. We both were virgins before we had sex on the 27th of September. Being the first time this has happened I don't know what to expect. Let alone I don't understand why I am getting the irritation,bleeding, and blisters.

 Hi!
It would be best to consult a doctor to take some vaginal swabs to exclude treatable conditions.
