Hello, You could have some disturbance in the hormones resulting in a missed period. Without being sexually active you have little to worry about in a late period. Most women have this at times. But, the normal pH of the vagina can be affected and a yeast infection sometimes occurs. This is the most common cause of itching and rarely would it be anything to worry about. Try using an antifungal cream, wear clothing that is not too tight and which allows some air flow to the area (cotton is good). If the itching continues in spite of this, you may need to see a health care provider to rule out some kind of bacterial infection that may need different medication.
Best wishes.
