After I have sex I always bleed - not immediately by usually by morning. Sometimes for several days. It's like I'm on my period. Since I have an IUD, my periods are irregular. Most of the time I just spot...but I never know when, how long, or how heavy it will be.

Hello, Bleeding does sometimes occur with the Mirena - it is a common side effect. In most cases it gets better with time. Try to be patient and just be prepared the best you can for surprises in the meantime. If it becomes too difficult for you, see your doctor.
Best wishes.
