Can I get my hair highlighted in my first trimester? I am 8 weeks right now?

 Hello,
It doesn't appear to be anything to worry about. If so, there would be recommendations for hair stylists who are pregnant to avoid contact with the dyes too and this is not the case. Nor do we see an increased risk of birth defects among them or anyone having their hair colored.
These days products are quite mild, from an ingredient standpoint. It never hurts to get your doctor's opinion to be sure he/she agrees.
