I am 29 weeks pregnant and my father has been taken into hospital with his heart. I need to see him, but (like I say) I am 29 weeks pregnant. The problem is I live in the UK and he lives in Poland and my mother has booked me a 3 week ticket.
The only other option is to ask my husband to drive us there which takes 2.5 days.
On this - will a doctor give me a certificate to fly?

Hello, If you are having a normal, healthy pregnancy, most doctors are OK with you traveling through your eighth month - some even longer if the flight is not overseas, an extremely long flight and you are taking a commercial jet as opposed to small private-type non-pressurized cabin plane.
Good luck.
