Question: discolord skin on inner thighs

 hopeless123 - Mon Jan 26, 2009 3:03 pm

I am a 26 y/o white female with discolored skin on my inner thighs, it is very dark brown in color and almost always gets irritated and produces large lumps with blood inside, also around the vaginal area it gets very warm and that causes a inconvinent smell, i am going on a cruze and am ashamed that i cannot wear a bathing suit without somthing to cover it up.

Not a doctor here, but I would guess the discoloration on your inner thighs may simply be a rash- dermatitis from perhaps when you sleep. Or it could be a fungal infection that is causing both the rash on your inner thighs as well as your vagina. Another possibility is that you may have a vaginal yeast infection not associated with your inner thighs rash. I'd suggest seeing an OB/GYN with your vaginal concerns, and that doctor may offer the cause of your rash as well.

Hope you get better.
