I've been tracking for about 7 months now my symptoms before my period. 1 Week before my period I get sick. It feels like I have the flu/stomach virus. I get chills, nausea, diarreha, & horrible migraines. I miss work twice to three times a month due to this. Once I get my period Im good until my period finishes now for a 2-3 days i have diarreha again or nausea or tender breast. So I only feel goo maybe 2 weeks out the month. Why is this happening & Is there something or Medication I can take?

 Hello,
It sounds like a form of PMS (premenstrual syndrome). Some women do respond to either hormones or antidepressant therapy. It would be worthwhile to see your doctor about this because there is a good chance something will help.
