Hello, I'm 32 and I just recently noticed that I'm spotting after masterbation. This is th first time this has occured.

 Hello,
This would not be of concern and happens at times in many women. Sometimes it is blood that is still present and the uterine contractions that come with orgasm may expel it. It can also be slight trauma to the vaginal tissues, resulting in bleeding. Only if it becomes excessive do you need to seek attention for this.
