I am a 45 year old post-menopause (4 years) woman with a FSH level of 160, yes 160, my doctor tested me twice. I also suffer from chronic migraines. Is there a possibility the two are related?

Hi ruecat, Normal range FSH levels in postmenopausal women are typically 35-50. There could certainly be a connection to your headaches. Out of curiousity have you had an evaluation by an Endocrinologist to exclude, for example, pituitary disorders etc.? I would certainly inquire with your physician regarding this matter. I hope this is somewhat helpful. Sincerely, Theresa Jones, RN
