Painful periods, tender breasts and other symptoms can be common and normal. Some women suffer PMS and once the period starts they feel better. Migraine headaches, bloating, gastric upset and other symptoms can occur with PMS (premenstrual syndrome).
A white discharge, especially with tenderness or itching could be a symptom of a yeast infection which is usually quite easy to cure with a topical antifungal cream.
Sometimes a condition such as endometriosis can cause painful periods, especially if you also have pain with sexual intercourse. It would be good to plan a preconception visit with a doctor to examine you for any signs of infection and to advise you if there is anything that might be interfering with your plan.
You should also take a daily multivitamin containing at least 400 mcg folic acid (folate) because when taken prenatally, this has been shown to decrease the risk of some birth defects.
I hope this helps somewhat. I may not have entirely understood all your symptoms.
