well i bealieve its my urinary opeaning it has like these holes or tares and rips in it it hurts really bad and i also have heavy white discharge i havnt been having sex i thought it would heal but it hasnt. Thank You

 Hello,
You should see a doctor about this since there could be some bacterial or yeast infection causing the problem. This would be easily treated. If it is trauma-caused, time will probably heal it eventually. Avoid sexual activity while allowing this to happen naturally.
