Can Birth Control Pills cause Vaginal Swelling?
Theresa Jones, RN - Fri Jan 28, 2005 6:30 am

User avatar Hi Barbaracu,
Sometimes shifts in levels of progesterone causes the vagina to become blood engorged and swollen. I would suggest a follow up with your physician to rule out any other causes such as pregnancy, infection etc.
Sincerely,
Rntdj
