is it ok for your health to swim in public pools?

Hello, You may swim in public pools if you use tampons. However, you should change the tampon before entering the pool and when you get out again; not delaying since it is a possible entry for bacteria. If your flow is especially heavy and a super tampon won't hold it, avoid the pool.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes.
