Question: Gynecology myth? Dying after swimming with period

 souffle - Sun Aug 09, 2009 10:17 pm

its about swimming with period.
a friend tells that her cousin died when she swam in the pool with period.
she claims that her stomach bloated and causes her death.
can this be possible and is swimming in the pool with period causes the bloating thing?

another myth is that, when you have your period, it is dangerous to take a bath?

thanks so much.
