My periods usually last 4-5 days but it only lasted 2 days this month. I have been going to the bathroom a lot and having a lot of lower back pain. Also during my 2 day period the first day was very heavy and the second day was not. What could this mean? Help please.

Hello, Most women experience irregular periods at times with no known cause or problem. Because hormones naturally fluctuate, a period can come early, late, be lighter or heavier than usual and it is all within the normal range. You do not need to worry simply because you have a light period.
If you are sexually active and fear pregnancy, take a home test for your peace of mind.
Best wishes.
