Hi, I had the implant implanaon fitted 2weeks ago, my Dr told me to finish my pack of the pill. But im wondering, when will the implant start working? Will it have been working from date it was fitted? or from date i stop pill?

 Hello,
It is about seven days after insertion that the hormone should be working. With the overlap from the pill, you should be protected until the implanon takes over.
I hope this answers your question. It would be about a week after placement.
