I haven't had my period since early December. I am sexually active and I took a pregnancy test in mid January it said negative. But who knows it could have been wrong or too early for one. I am over weight and I have felt nausea on and off since december. I also have had headaches on and off. I don't know if its just me or what but I feel a hard spot in my upper stomach. It might be just my imagination. Oh I have been real tired and sleepy lately. I have trouble sleeping too. So I guess I'm just wondering could I be pregnant or whats wrong ?

 Hi concernedcrystal,
I hope you have repeated the pregnancy test since then. If your cycle hasn't appeared by now, and you have repeated the test and again it is negative, a gyecological evaluation should be completed.
