Hello,
I had unprotected sex 13 days after my last period and i took the morning after pill in less than 12 hours after having sex. I had spotting a week before my period was expected followed by a heavy period which is continuing into spotting again. I have done a pregnancy test today and the it was positive. I am confused. Can i be pregnant after taking the pill and having my period?

 Hello,
I agree that this is confusing. It seems highly unlikely you would be pregnant under the circumstances you describe so my recommendation would be a repeat pregnancy test. If still positive, you should see a doctor.
