I had a Colposcopy cervical biopsy February 1st. I didn't get my period this month. Could the Colposcopy stall my period or could it be maybe I'm pregnant??

Hello, I would not expect your period to be affected by the biopsy but it is not at all unusual for women to skip a period every now and again. Even stress can be a factor in this so I would not immediately suspect pregnancy. However if you continue to not have periods you should take a pregnancy test.
Best wishes.
