i had a c-section 3 weeks ago. the first week i hardly bled at all, but then the second week i started bleeding much more and it stinks! smells like something dead, and its very thick tissue-like at times. is this normal?

I apologize that we did not get to this question sooner but for the benefit of others with similar questions, foul odor is a sign of infection and should be reported to your doctor right away.
I do hope you have recovered now and got the care you needed.
