I dropped a birth control pill (Microgestin Fe 1/20), and I couldn't find it. I took the next day's pill, but I'm not quite sure if I've done the right thing or where to go from here.

 Hello,
You did the right thing, taking the next day's pills. Just continue to take them daily as prescribed. You will run out of pills one day early but that is of no consequence.
