Is it safe to colour or perm my hair during pregnancy?

 After the first trimester is is safe to perm or color your hair. The exposure to the chemical is not signifigant, but I would recommend you wait because with all the hormonal changes in your body, the perm may not take, or act the way you would like it to.
It is best to just wait until after you give birth.
