I am a 36 year old female. In 2001 I had mononucleosis, h-pylori, and strep throat at the same time. I have not been the same since then and have battled with constant fatigue. In the last few months I've developed severe weakness in my arms and legs, tingling, and a variety of other symptoms.Recently saw a Rheumatologist that diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. I have also been having problems with a very rapid pulse at times and PVC's. I have had blood work done 2 times since January. Both had some abnormalcies. My doctor hasn't been concerned about any of them. Should I be? Here are the results:
January's abnormal results:
MCH: 32.0
RDW: 10.9
Bosophil: 1.5
Glucose: 111
Total Protein: 8.3
AST: 14.0
April's abnormal results:
MCH: 32.2
RDW: 10.6
Basophil: 1.6
Sodium: 134
ANion Gap: 6
Osmolality: 269
AST: 13.0
Total Bilirubin: 1.52
Thank you for your time.

While the lab results you mention are technically out of the normal range, they are all very close to normal and within the lab's margin of error I'm sure.
I think it is unlikely that any of your current symptoms are related to your abnormal labs.
Follow up with your doctor is important.
Best wishes.
