im 23 year old female my wbc count is 2.9 my lyphocytes is 53 which is high and my neutrophiles is low
do you think i have HIV
i don't reallyhave any past medical record and no surgeries either

There is a large list of things that can produce your lab values, HIV being one of them; however, first I would suspect a general viral infection.
Unless there are other things that suggest HIV and there has been the possibility of exposure, I would not expect this to be do to HIV.
