Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea
This study will evaluate an investigational drug for abdominal discomfort and diarrhea associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The study is up to 19 weeks long with five-to-seven office visits.

BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia)
This study of an investigational drug is for men 45 and older who were diagnosed with BPH at least one year ago.
The research site is in Carrollton, Texas.
Chronic Low Back Pain
Participants who qualify for this study of chronic low back pain will receive study-related care at no cost, including physical exams, lab services and study drug.
The research site is in St. Louis, Mo.
