Arthritis and Cardiovascular Disease

This study is for people diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis who are at high risk for cardiovascular disease. Participants will receive study medication, study-related physical exams, laboratories, ECGs and compensation for time and travel.
