Question: + Swelling of the penis

Hey, I woke up this morning and I noticed the foreskin on my penis seemed a little too big, so I pulled back the skin and noticed a part of it was swollen. I'm able to pull the skin all the way back and it covers my whole penis and looks normal when not pulled back. Upon further inspection I noticed that the lips on my penis also seem swollen, and where the little hole where the urine comes out seems to have a little red around it. I had sex several times last night with my girlfriend. Can anyone help me out with what this might be? Should I inform my partner right away and go see a doctor or can tis be cleared up on it's own? I don't feel any pain or Itching at the moment. Thanks

Hello, Causes of your complaint include: - Traumatic injury due to very active vigorous intercourse or masturbation especially when enough lubrication is absent may cause the damage of the skin of the penis. -Contact Dermatitis occurs due to skin contact with a substance that causes an allergic reaction (allergic contact Dermatitis) or with an irritant substances (irritant contact Dermatitis). The inflammation usually subsides spontaneously, but avoiding exposure to any irritant is important. You may use only bland lotions, like moisturizing lotions, till you consult your docotr. Direct clinical examination is essential. Best regards.

Thanks for the info. It is about 12 hours later and all swelling has gone down. Everything seems normal now. Should I still consult a doctor or will I be fine? Thanks
