Question: need help

hey im 18 years old and I was in the bathroom today and noticed a large bump that looked to be a zit on the shaft of my penis. I know that its not normal for someone to get zits down there so I took a shower and when I looked down I tried to pop it and out came blood and puss. This is a very embarrassing for me and I wanted to know if it was something to worry bout before I consulted my doctor. I don't believe it to be an STD because im still a virgin so I have no idea what it is.

Probably you had a blocked sweat gland or hair follicle that got a mild infection, similar to Acne. As long as the area is healing it is not a major problem.

See your doctor if you continue to have new occurrences or if this one does not begin to heal in the next day or two.
