Question: Worried about some symptoms

I am 29, M, No past diagnosis, no surgeries, unkown family history, no medications. I have had two sexual partners, one was my ex wife. My last sexual partner was in 2003 unprotected. I was pretty active, outdoorsy and didn't really experience any symptoms. I was tested in 2003 before my last sexual partner, and tested again in May of 2006. Both times I was negative. in the past few months I have had excessive gas at times, not all the time but a lot, plus diahreeah(spelling?) a lot, not everyday but a lot. I eat a lot of spicy food, but it does not neccessarily conincide with the times I do eat spicy food. I have had tender Lymph nodes frequently. Not everyday, but enough that I have noticed a change from before. I had a cyst a few years ago behind my right ear, that was preceded with a rough flu and Fever. a month and a half ago I had another cyst in my groin area, didn't hurt but was uncomfortable. It was gone in a week. The latest symptom is a bunch of small bald spots in my facial hair around my chin. They appear almost perfectly circular, each being a couple mm in size. When they first appeard it was a small group and I thought they were zits. when I popped them a thick white material came out. but now they are more numerous and now no white center, just smooth bald spots. I don't grow facial hair except a shadow on the weekend, most of the time I am clean shaven, but it still bothers me. Are these signs that I need to be tested again? Thanks in advance.

Just want to add, I have recently moved across the country to the opposite coast, where temperatures are quite different and from rural setting to a city setting. I have been a little stressed and very inactive, averaging 4-5 hours of sleep a night except on the weekend, the move has caused some stress, just in case this is causing some symptoms.
thanks again.

The symptoms you describe could be caused by a vast array of conditions and could be even more than one process going on at once. The hair issues could be evaluated by a dermatologist.
Seeing your doctor for a complete evaluation would be the only way to know what is causing your symptoms. Periodic testing for AIDS should help you to have peace of mind. Be completely open and honest with your doctor so he/she is aware of any risk factors.
Stress can contribute to many health conditions so it certainly won't hurt for you to take stress-reduction measures. Increasing physical activity with even a daily walk can do wonders to improve your health and sleep patterns. Good luck.
