Hi, can you tell me how long virus can stay outside the body for example on knife , nidle?

 Hi Gordan1x2,
HIV is not a very strong virus. It does not survive well outside the body. Unfortunately I cannot give you any specifics about times.
If infected blood is present it should be treated as if it is infectious to be safe.
