hi,
i hope you can help.
i gave oral sex to a man last night (he didnt ejaculate if this makes a difference)? and all day i have had sickness high temperature and a burning sensation in the back of my throat. should i be worried?
im a 24 year old male no known medical conditions

There is a possibility you have just a pharyngitis due to friction or even bacteria which may or may not be related to the sexual encounter. I would be surprised at such a fast response to a sexually transmitted infection such as gonococcal, chlamydial or herpes infection, which would typically take more like 2 to 12 days to show up.
You could have irritation at this point, and still develop symptoms of STD in time so if symptoms persist, definitely see a health care provider.
