I have many symptoms that don't really fit in a certain category, so i'm not sure what I have, so here goes:
for the past 2 weeks, roughly, i've woke up with a headache, and after i eat i feel nauseous. I have a slight pain in my right lower abdomen. Is it possible that I have a cyst on my ovaries? because it hurts really bad in that area. let me know what you think i might have, and what might be wrong. Thanks!

Because the abdomen has so many organs and so many possible causes for pain, it would be impossible to say based on your explanation alone. You should see a doctor for an accurate diagnosis. Also, headaches may or may not be related to the abdominal distress but again, they have multiple causes - sometimes a cause is never found. I'm sorry we can't be more helpful.
Good luck.
