I have a red rash type just at the back of my vagina in the area between the vagina and anus is this an std??

Skin rashes are one of the most common complaints on the human body and there are hundreds of causes. It would be impossible for us to say. If you are sexually active it would be a good idea to have a screening for STDs but this particular rash may resolve on its own or need attention due to some type of infection, sexually transmitted or not.
