User avatar Hello,What you may be having may just be an irritant reaction to chaffing during masturbation. Also use of excess of soap or antiseptics could result in dryness.Fungal infections do cause a dry skin associated with itching, and sometimes lead to a foul smell in the genital area. The dryness can be got rid by application of a small amount of vaseline.A fungal infection may need application of clotrimazole creme or powder.Wear loose fitting innerwear. If this persists do show to your doctor.Best wishes.
